Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tube Gain ("we", "us" or "our") handles
information in connection with the Tube Gain mobile application for Android
(package com.boostfollows.app, formerly published as SocialsTags) (the "App")
and the website at tubegain.online.
Tube Gain is a toolkit for YouTube creators: keyword research, video tag lookup, AI-written titles, descriptions and tags, an SEO checker, trending videos, a competitor tracker and a library of tag sets. Some of these features run on our server, so unlike earlier versions of the App, the App now sends some information to us. This policy describes exactly what.
Summary
- You don't sign up. On first launch the App creates an anonymous account identified by a random ID. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number.
- We store your diamond balance, purchases and unlocks so they can't be lost or forged, and the text you enter into online tools so we can run them and prevent abuse.
- YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- There are no ads, no analytics SDKs and no tracking, and we never sell data.
- You can delete your account in the App or at tubegain.online/delete-account.
Information we collect
Information the App creates
- Anonymous account ID and access token. A random identifier and a random secret, created on first launch. The token is kept in your device's secure storage; our server stores only a one-way hash of it.
- Diamond wallet. Your balance, the items you unlock, and a ledger of every change to your balance (purchases, spending, refunds).
Information you provide
- Tool inputs. The keywords you research, the video links you look up, the topics you enter into AI generators, and the channels you follow in the competitor tracker.
- Content on your device. Custom tag sets and favourites are stored on your device only and are not sent to us.
Purchase information
When you buy diamonds, Google Play processes the payment. We never see your card or payment details. Google Play gives us, and we store, a purchase token, the product bought, its state, the order ID where one exists, and an obfuscated account identifier that ties the purchase to your anonymous account.
Technical information
Our server and its web server record standard request logs: IP address, time, requested address, response status and app version. Access tokens are removed from logs before they are written. Logs are rotated and kept for a limited time, normally no more than 30 days.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise or approximate location, or advertising ID. The current version of the App does not ask for access to your Google or YouTube account. If a future version offers to connect your YouTube channel, it will ask for your permission first and this policy will be updated before that feature is released.
YouTube API Services
Keyword research, tag lookup, trending videos and the competitor tracker use YouTube API Services to fetch public information about videos and channels (titles, descriptions, tags, view counts, subscriber counts, thumbnails).
- By using these features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- The keywords, video IDs and channel IDs you look up are sent to YouTube API Services by our server. Your account ID is not.
- Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- We cache the public YouTube data we fetch so repeated lookups are fast, and delete or refresh anything older than 30 days.
How we use information
We use the information above only to:
- run the features you ask for, including sending your inputs to YouTube API Services or to the AI provider;
- credit purchases, keep your balance accurate, and reverse diamonds when Google Play refunds a purchase;
- prevent fraud and abuse, including rate limits on paid tools;
- keep the service secure and fix problems; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build profiles of you, and we do not use your inputs to train AI models.
Sharing and disclosure
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the App, and only what each needs:

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users or of Tube Gain.
Retention
- Account, wallet and tool history: kept while your account exists.
- Cached YouTube data: deleted or refreshed within 30 days.
- Server logs: normally no longer than 30 days.
- Purchase and ledger records: kept after account deletion, stripped of anything identifying you beyond the anonymous ID, for as long as needed for accounting, tax and refund or chargeback handling.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time:
- In the App: Settings → Delete account.
- Without the App: follow the steps at tubegain.online/delete-account.
Deletion revokes your access token, removes the channels you follow and erases the text of your tool inputs. Your remaining diamond balance and unlocks are lost and cannot be restored. Purchase and ledger records are kept as described under Retention.
Data stored only on your device (custom tag sets, favourites) is removed when you clear the App's storage or uninstall it.
Security
Connections between the App and our server are encrypted with TLS. Access tokens are stored hashed. The server accepts only the connections it needs and keeps secrets such as API keys out of the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to its processing. Because accounts are anonymous, include your account ID (shown in Settings in the App) when you contact us so we can find your data.

Tube Gain is an independent app for YouTube creators. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add features. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, note them in the App's release notes or store listing before they take effect.
