These terms apply to the Tube Gain app for Android and the website at tubegain.online (together, "Tube Gain"). By using Tube Gain you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
YouTube
Tube Gain's research features use YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Tube Gain is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
Diamonds
- Diamonds are a virtual item used inside Tube Gain. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Diamonds are sold through Google Play. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies. If a purchase is refunded, the diamonds from it are removed, which can leave your balance below zero. While it is below zero you can't spend diamonds, but anything you already unlocked stays unlocked.
- Diamonds spent on a tool that fails (for example because YouTube or the AI service is unavailable) are returned automatically.
- Your balance is tied to your account. If you uninstall the App before a restore option is available to you, or delete your account, your balance and unlocks are lost.
- We may change the diamond price of tools and unlocks. Changes never affect diamonds you already hold or items you already unlocked.
Estimates, not guarantees
Competition and opportunity scores, views per hour, outlier ratings and similar figures are estimates calculated from public YouTube data. YouTube does not publish search volumes, and Tube Gain does not claim to know them. AI-generated titles, descriptions and tags are suggestions; review them before you publish. We don't promise any particular result for your channel.
Acceptable use
Don't use Tube Gain to break the law or YouTube's policies, to generate spam or misleading metadata, to scrape or resell data from Tube Gain, to get around rate limits or diamond prices, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Text you enter stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to run the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to keep Tube Gain available but can't guarantee it will always be. Some features depend on YouTube, Google Play and AI providers, which can change or stop working. We may change or discontinue features.
Liability
Tube Gain is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by services we don't control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited by contract.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, mention them in the App's release notes. Continuing to use Tube Gain after a change means you accept it.
